With enough water in the filter tank, you can get 0.2L in 12 seconds or 1L in 1 minute, which is faster than other traditional countertop water filters.

The 7-stage RO Filtration ensures reliable water purification, while the Faster Water Delivery provides enhanced convenience. No installation is required, just situate the raw water tank on the base correctly and press it until it firmly sits without any gap. During the water filtration process, you may hear the sound of the pump running (about 5 minutes each time) as it needs to press the water into the RO system.

The system has a 1.2Gal/4.7L raw water tank and a 0.4Gal/1.5L filtered water tank. The average lifespan of the RO filter element is 12 months, but it may vary depending on water conditions and consumption. To extend the filter lifespan, empty and refill the tank instead of adding water directly when changing the water. There is no need to worry about water leakage if the raw water tank is properly placed.

Before the first use, it is recommended to flush the filtration system to ensure adequate cleaning and improve the taste of the water. Follow the manual or video instructions to flush the system and empty the filtered water until the water in the raw water tank is filtered out 3-5 times.

If the display shows "E1" while using the water filter, it is a 30-minute working time protection. Unplug the water filter, wait for 5 minutes, refill the water tank to the maximum level, plug in again, wait for the flush and filter water process until the water is ready, then press Start to try again.

When the "Change Water" sign keeps flashing, lift the water tank to add water and then reinstall it instead of adding it directly to the tank. Ensure the white float on the side of the raw water tank floats after adding water; if the float does not rise, shake the water tank.

The raw water enters the cartridge through one side, and the remaining water after filtration is the undrinkable wastewater with high TDS that cannot pass the RO layer. When the water level is low, the machine prompts "Change Water," then you can exchange the water.
