A set of 5 ALTON Commercial Grade Standard Size replacement filters for all standard RO systems is designed to provide extended service life, saving time and money. The filter set is compatible with popular brands such as Watts, APEC, and iSpring.

The first stage is a Multi-layer 5 micron Sediment filter that offers increased dirt holding capacity and extended service life. With a dimension of 2.5" diameter and 9.84" length, this filter fits standard 10" filter housing canisters. Manufactured with Pure Polypropylene and conforming to ISO 9001:2000 standards, it removes sediment, dirt, sand, and rust. This filter should be replaced every 12 months.

The second and third stages feature Activated coconut shell carbon blocks that offer extra capacity. With a 5 micron rating, these filters have a 6,000-gallon chlorine reduction capacity or a 2,000-gallon RO water usage capacity. Measuring 2.75" in diameter and 9.84" in length, they also fit standard 10" filter housing canisters. The high-quality coconut shell carbon is designed to minimize channeling and extend the service life. These filters remove sediment, chlorine, chloramines, taste, odor, THM, VOC, pesticides, herbicides, and turbidity. They should be replaced every 12 to 18 months.

The fourth stage is a TFC-50 standard size RO membrane designed to fit the same membrane housings. Measuring 1.75" in diameter, 2" in diameter with seal, and 11.74" in length, this membrane is made from high-quality materials supplied by a USA manufacturer. With a 95% rejection rate and an improved structure for greater efficiency and extended service life, it provides consistent performance. The RO membrane should be replaced every 3 to 5 years.

The fifth and final stage is an inline carbon filter measuring 2" in diameter and 10" in length, also with a standard size. Featuring coconut shell activated carbon, this filter provides final polishing and improves the taste of the water. The inlet and outlet are 1/4" NPT female thread. This filter should be replaced every 12 months.
